We now offer the ability to pay your utility bill online using a credit or debit card. Accepted Credit Cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A portal administration fee of 3% + $1.00 will be added to the payment amount.

(NO part of the portal administration fee will be credited to your utility account -this fee is collected by Access Idaho in exchange for providing the service – the City of Juliaetta receives NO portion of this fee.)
If you have received a shutoff notice and are using Payport to pay all or part of your bill and it is within 48 hours of shutoff, please call the office and notify the clerk of your payment so that you will not be shutoff. If office is closed, please leave a phone message. Your payment will be credited to your account upon notification of payment from PayPort.
